I haven't used Mark at his stage, but have met him and had a really good, frank discussion about how he operates, the way that he works to get the best out of people and I've found it very refreshing. I think developing leadership skills, matching those with company goals, team members and still looking at a good quality work life balance is more important than ever now - and this is exactly Mark's approach!
